My Herbal Apothecary at RiverSong is full of herbs that are grown organically here on our land.  I use plant wisdom, phytotherapy and evidence based knowledge in my herbal practice.

Our organic permaculture farm is based in Onekaka, Golden Bay surrounded by the exquisite natural landscapes, ocean, rivers and native forests, a powerful place to immerse in wild beauty and reconnect to spirit.   

Try a full body activation, a combination of my therapies, this supports the gentle and deep rejuvenation process attuning and honouring your unique self, held in a sacred space.  I believe in the bodys’ own innate ability to heal.

Natural Healing has been my lifelong interest, I have enjoyed many years working as a Natural Health Expert, supporting a diverse range of people with all kinds of health queries for one of New Zealand’s largest Health Supplement retail companies.  I enjoy helping families make healthy and nourishing choices to restore and maintain health and wellbeing.   I am stimulated by travel, diverse culture,  the simple life,  plant medicine and global healing rhythms.
